we have a room available for rent in our home in lake hopatcong. the home is on a large lot, so there's plenty of yard space, and we would like to share the house with you, and ideally be friends, so it's not as if you would be cordoned off into your bedroom. there would be no restrictions to anywhere in the house. currently living in the home are myself, my fiance and her daughter. her daughter is 10 years old, and we're not looking for a live in babysitter, so that isnt' something to be concerned with either.

rent would be 600 with another 50 for utilities. we're within 10 minutes of route 80, 46, and less then a minute from fifteen.
