room for rent in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of lafayette, near the congress street/guilbeau intersection. perfect for college students, as it's 7 minutes from ul and 5 minutes from slcc. many businesses and stores are within walking distance, as well as multiple stops for the lafayette public transit.the room can be furnished or not, depending on your needs. smoking is allowed outside.
the home is gated and quite secure, and includes a security system.
monthly cost includes rent plus utilities and wifi, but not cable. access to the house netflix and hulu account is included, though. the house has a washer and dryer and furnished kitchen. both rented rooms share a bathroom, but each resident will have their own sink.
