the room is in a 3bed/2bath house. the 3rd room will remain empty/semi furnished for occasional guest. it's a quiet neighborhood. washer, dryer, dishwasher in the house. community pool available. the rent includes all utilities and wifi internet. currently no cable available but can be added and cost split. roommate is 31 year old male, works regular 9-5 hours. doesn't have guest over too often or parties at the house. mostly hangs around during the week and goes out on the weekends.
