looking for 1-2 responsible and mature people (preferrably working adults or students) to occupy a spare master-size room (14x10) with own bathroom in a renovated condo in la mesa. five minutes to sdsu, seconds to grocery, shopping centers, minutes to major freeways (8/15/163/805/5). you will have the option for a furnished room with a queen size bed, chest, and a full walk-in closet. the condo offers amazing amenities such as a large pool, great workout room, on-site laundry, and you will even have 1 assigned parking spot. the condo has new paint, upgraded granite top kitchen and bathrooms, also new appliances and new furniture for a trendy and modern lifestyle. the room will be available beginning-mid october; lease will run 6 months or 12 months. please have references ready if necessary, and email with questions (only serious interests please!) utilities will be split 50/50 (gas electric, water, cable, internet, etc)

a little about me: i am a young female working and going to school. i have a busy and hectic lifestyle, and enjoy get-togethers from time to time so it's very important that my future roommate(s) and i get along well. however, i do enjoy the peace and quiet also, so no crazy parties at the condo. i don't smoke and i prefer non-smokers.
