i'm easy to get along with and can joke with the best of them. i work for a tea company. i have worked there for 14 years. i own the condo room that i am renting. i am a christian so i believe i have good morals and will be a good roommate. my favorite past times are ballroom dancing and making jewelry. i am trying to start my own jewelry business. it is going really well.
renter will have full use of kitchen. i have two refrigerators so you will have your own. you will have a semi private bath. i only use the main bath to take a shower. i have a second restroom that i use. also there is a washer and dryer you can use. the room has phone, internet and cable hook-up. with premium channels. i am also minutes from grocery stores, department store, restaurants, gas station and only 15 min. from anywhere in louisville. i live on six mile lane close to breckenridge lane. six mile lane is about 3 min. to bardstown rd. and around 5 min. to the interstate 264 and 8 min. from 265.
