bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment! bathroom is shared. currently occupied by my boyfriend (30 male) and me (22 female). your share of rent is about $450/month plus utilities. your room is unfurnished with a good sized closet. your room also had a cable hookup but if you choose to add your own cable box (we have xfinity) then we would ask for a contribution towards the cable bill to accommodate the extra expense of adding a box. our apartment complex has a pool, washer/dryer in unit (total of 4 apartments in our unit), a garage with extra storage space (we do not park in the garage so it is available to you) and there are parking spaces as well just outside of the garage. we have 2 dogs and are able to accommodate 1 other dog or cat, caged animals are more than welcome as we also have 2 rats (they are well-contained). we do smoke (outdoors) and keep alcohol in the house but are not big drinkers. absolutely no drugs. i am in recovery for almost a year now. we prefer to house a couple, 100% lgbtq friendly, if you are an individual that's fine, we just ask that you do not interfere with our relationship, just be respectful. also require that you have a full time and stable job, and take paying your bills on time as seriously as we do. we prefer our roommate(s) to be 21 or older, responsible, respectful, and fun. if you have any questions feel free to message me if i left something out or you want to know more. we are hoping to have someone by the beginning of november. must be willing to sign onto our 1 year lease. there is a $55 application fee per person (charged by the apartment complex, not us) to be added to the lease.
