hi, my name is khrys (26, female), and i currently live with my best friend (?, male). he is a guitarist and i am an artist. i work full time and like to hang out, listen to music, and drink with my friends after i knock out the work day. this is a very communal atmosphere and very laid back. we would like to rent our spare room in our 3bdrm 2 bth apartment to someone who is cool and responsible. it's a very spacious room with a ceiling fan and a closet. there is a male and female bathroom so the toilet seat war is non existent. there is a dishwasher, central heat and air, a 24 hr laundry facility in the next building over,the complex is within 5 miles of knoxville center mall, various restaurants, businesses, and the bus stop.
