we are looking for a roommate for a 3 bedroom/2 bath home in lenoir city. we are a mature stable couple in our 20s and a single gentleman in his 30s who are looking for someone who is clean,able to pay their bills on time,drug free,and friendly. you must be pet friendly.

everyone in the household either works full time or goes to school full time and works part time. we are all quiet, friendly, and respectful of each other and others. we enjoy cooking dinner at home and keep our house exceptionally clean.

there is carpet in the bedrooms, wood and tile in the rest of the house. the house house is furnished, minus your room. the house have a nice back deck and is on a dead end street. it is five- ten drive from the interstate and you can be at utk in 30 minutes or less. turkey creek is approximately 11 miles.

rent is due upon moving in. if you move in after the first rent is prorated for the amount of time you are there. lease terms will be discussed er your needs. for instance,if you only needed a lease until december when school is out,that's just fine. the deposit it $200 and is refundable as log as there are no damages done to the property.

rent will include lawn care,rent of your room,access to common areas,electric,water,gas heat, trash pick up,laundry,internet,and cable. food is not covered in rent but we currently split groceries three ways and are willing to include you in this. more than anything we want to find a roommate that is fun and easy to to get along with,and we can trust. feel free to send me any questions you may have about anything or to set up a time to see the house.
