i'm in a bit of a time crunch, and i'm hoping to find a roommate by oct. 1 to share 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. rent would be $400 plus utilities (around $70 during summer and more than $100 in winter) for potential roommate.

current roommate will be moving out, and taking most furniture seen in pictures. i'll slowly fill house with furniture, but if you've got some, bring it on.
