i currently live in ohio and have received a job in knoxville. so i have not seen the apartment yet and the picture provided are the ones from the website. rent is 587.50 + utilities and this is a female only rental. you may text or email me if you are interested or have any questions. there is also no pets allowed in this specific apartment unfortunately. parking lot parking.move in date may or may not be more flexible depending on the apartments. they're scheduled to be finished august 1, but they gave me the date of august 15 in case any problems arose to where they would not be able to open on time. if at any time you would like to go tour of you just stop by the building and ask someone can show you around.
