1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom home for rent. you would have your own bathroom. living room will be furnished and bedroom can be if you would like. kitchen will have basic utensils, refrigerator, stove and microwave. washer and dryer included. heating is supplied with oil in which i will fill every 6 months. electric bill will be your responsibility. house comes with a large yard, large back deck, car port and space in the storage building if needed. there is a dog pen in the back yard, therefor one outside dog is allowed. neighbors are great, and it's a safe neighborhood (i have lived in the neighborhood my whole life)very close to many shopping centers, restaurants and 10 mins to raleigh.
pretty much you will have the whole house to yourself. i am leaving to continue my educations elsewhere and would be home at the most once a month and most likely on holidays.
one month deposit required within the first month of renting. i expect some one who will be clean, and respectful of the home and furniture. lady preferred. no drugs!! no indoor smoking.
