hi, i have a 4bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. i have a 14 yr old and an 11 yr old that have their own room and i have my own room. i am renting out the 4th bedroom. it is located upstairs where there is a full bathroom as well. there is a huge loft area upstairs as well that the roommate would have access to. i have a small teacup yorkie as a pet. i am looking for a dependable person who will pay their rent on time. i am not a neat freak, however, i hate a mess. i live in a gated community, very quiet and nice neighborhood. $500/month includes electric, water,and wifi.
if you're a smoker, you can smoke outside. i have a 2 car garage you are welcome to park your car in there or leave it in the drive way.
$550/month includes, your private bedroom, water, electric and wifi. a $500 deposit is needed when moving in.
