spacious apartment, hardwood and tile flooring, 1,056 sq. ft. in kirkwood bluffs apartment complex. several amenities, two bedroom/one bath, i have two cats so please take that into consideration before contacting me. willing to meet and show the place, your room has a big closet but its not a walk-in. shared spaces are living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.

i am a female student at stlcc meramec.

rent would be $339/mo plus splitting all utilities down the middle (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash)

i do have cable and internet also, if you'd like to use those we would split that too. kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator,electric oven, electric stovetop, and i have a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and several other kitchen appliances/dishwares/pots and pans which you would be welcome to use.

electric washer/dryer included with apartment. minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers on kirkwood road. non-smokers please.
