i actually live in morgan's point resort, it's about 15 to 20 minutes outside of killeen in belton. i'm looking for two female roommates. i have two rooms for rent, but you'll have to share the same bathroom. it's $425/month plus we'll split the electric, water, and wi-fi three ways. i pay the trash and basic cable. no smoking or pets allowed. i'm a full time student i don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. i'm some what of a health nut, and very clean. i'm looking for similar individuals. i want mature responsible adults. not irresponsible dramatic crazies. (simply put) i want someone who will pay their rent on time, no excuses, respect my things and privacy. i'll do the same. i want a harmonious relationship between adults. i have my own room and bathroom on the other side of house. you can use my washer, dryer, and fridge. the living room in nice and accommodating, fenced in backyard and private. the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
