room for rent, furnished with bed and tall black shelving unit. house has a/c, big back yard, large bathroom and decent sized kitchen and living room. price a month can be negotiable. person must love children and animals and enjoy being a part of a family. we have cats but that is all. looking for a person to share a portion of the rent and some living expenses. free laundry and meals will be provided. use of our vechicle, as long as person holds valid drivers license to provide them with transportation to and from work and to run errands, will also be available if needed. we are looking for someone 21-35 years of age with a decent back ground (exceptions can be made upon certain circumstances) we are very understanding and open minded people and are straight forward. room will be ready as of september 23, 2013. if any one maybe intrested you can contact amanda to set up an interview.
