wonderful cozy house in kernersville to share with mature female. bedroom is 12x10, ceiling fan, new carpet being installed this month, will touch up paint. bathroom adjacent to bedroom (am getting ready to paint the bathroom & install new fixtures). full house privileges - washer/dryer, dish/internet (no dish box in bedroom - i am happy to get a box for the bedroom at your cost) & utilities included (up to $225 per month - anything over we will split). i am a non-smoker so if you are a smoker there is no smoking in the house. small to medium well behaved, housebroken dog is fine (crate trained preferred). i have two animal/people friendly small dogs. big stone fireplace in sunken living room, screened in porch, brick patio & fenced yard. quiet friendly neighborhood. i have a bed in the bedroom currently, however i would prefer you provide your own bedroom furniture.
excellent location convenient to winston salem, high point & greensboro. looking for someone asap - please be prepared to provide references. $200 security deposit + first months rent.
