looking for a respectful, non partying individual to rent a room in our finished daylight basement. there is currently one renter living in the basement. you would have to be willing to share a bathroom with one person. living room, partial kitchen, laundry bathroom and two bedrooms in the basement. upstairs kitchen is available for your use as well.my wife and i live upstairs with our 6 month old daughter. we are all very respectful and quiet. thanks for looking!!!
