my adult daughter moved to colorado to pursue her master's degree leaving me with an "empty nest". i have a 3100 sq.ft house in a nice, quiet pool/tennis neighborhood with master on the main (my room) with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths left furnished upstairs.the larger room, closet and private bath are available starting october 1, 2017. it is a very large room, as you can see in the pictures, it has room for 2 queen beds. it comes with one of the queen beds, a dresser, night stand and lamp. (the additional furniture seen in the photo is the current tenant’s)
there is shared parking in the driveway (i use the garage) with room for up to 4 cars.
my home has a huge u-shaped kitchen with granite and stainless that we share. the 2-story great room makes the home feel open and roomy.
my home is a very easy walking distance to the neighborhood pool and tennis courts for which you will get a key.
a little about me... i am a working it executive, also pursuing an mba - so i'm very busy and not home much during the week. between work, the gym and classes, i have very long days. on weekends i do the lawn maintenance around my home, as well as tend to organic vegetable gardens in the back. i am very active, no drama, private and respectful, easy going and get along with anyone. i do have one cat, susie who is a gray tabby and super loving. she is 13 years old, so she mostly sleeps and cuddles and stays primarily in my room.
as i mentioned, i do have two rooms that i rent, so there is an additional person here. i am selective so you can be assured of a quality roommate. i require a background check for credit/criminal history, employment and previous landlord validation and i have a good sense about people.
