i'm a 25 year old female looking for roommates to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. there are 2 furnished bedrooms available, one with a queen mattress, one with a queen futon on bedframe/bedspring. access to full kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, ect.), washer and dryer, exercise machines, and living room with fireplace and 121" projection screen / full surround sound - great for saints games! nice sized fenced-in back yard adjacent to levee path, perfect for jogging, bicycling, dog walking, ect. also, no need to worry about hurricanes, this house has never flooded!

housemates currently include a shy cat and a friendly terrier mix. pets are very welcome as long as they get along. this is a great house for dogs especially, with a pet door out to the fenced back yard.

within 5-10 minutes of: i-10, wal-mart, rouses, oschner hospital, esplanade mall
only 15 minutes to louie armstrong international airport; 25 into the city.
