i am a 23 yr old student looking for a single roommate to share rent with myself and my boyfriend who will be joining us later in my one story, two bedroom villa complete with living room, kitchen, dining room, car port & yard. by 9/20 i will have my two cats joining us due to the leasing companies policy we can no longer have any more pets. the day of availably can be discussed 9/1 is the earliest for now.girl or guy orientation doesn't matter. there will be a 90 day written agreement with a 30 days notice from either party if things do not work out once these 90 days are up the lease can not be broken till the end of the 11 month leasing period. you will also need a 250 security deposit. contact if interested or to discuss any questions you may have. things to know about me: i am 420 friendly, learning to cook, learning to surf, wants to hike, explore the island, not a partier, loves shows like game of thrones, vampire diaries, walking dead etc, big animal lover, no car, two cats. any questions contact me.
