my roommate accepted a job in a different state and will be moving out of the loft mid-august. the loft is a beautiful building within walking distance to anything within the downtown loop and river market. the room itself is approximately 12x15ft, has a large walk-in closet, two very large windows and is right across the hall from the central bathroom. the unit as a whole is a 1,500 square foot corner unit on the 3rd floor. the bedrooms are located at opposite corners from one another which allow for an exceptional amount of privacy. the loft is effectively modern urban; ceilings are 12ft high, plumbing and duct work are exposed, floors are acid-washed black concrete and there's a great deal of exposed brick. in terms of amenities, everything's furnished but the room in question and the adjacent bathroom (which my roommate used exclusively). message me for details or to swing by and check it out!

i suppose it'd be good to know who you could be living with; i'm a 26-year old guy that works in overland park, ks. in my free time i like to relax and catch up on things. i work out a lot, am into fixing up cars (namely my jeep) and computers, love the outdoors and am all-around a pretty low-key guy. i'm not married and don't have any children, so you'll have as much privacy as you want when at home. i do, however, have a beagle and she's one of the best dogs i've had- she wouldn't bother you either.

oh and parking is a breeze! you can rent a space in the attached garage (there's a walk-out door to it on the same level as the unit) for $70/month or simply park on one of the streets surrounding the building for free- it's entirely up to you!

there's also a full gym, billiards/game room and entertaining room in the buildig that you'll have complete access to. let me know if you'd like to know anything else!
