we are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy. other than paying your rent on time, we only ask that u clean up after yourelf and any guests you have over. the $325 includes 1/3 of rent and the utilities, including the internet that will be hooked up once we have someone moved in.

the room is nice, with a walk-in closet and your own balcony access. we currently have a full sized bed and a 19 inch tv that you may use, but if you don't want to, we can remove them.

we do ask that we meet somewhere and give an interview before taking you to our home and showing it to you for safety reasons. please be open to that. we're also asking for a deposit of $150. ($100 for any damages + $50 to have the apartment office make a key for the building door)
