really nice large home in the waldo area. very safe and secure location. home has a very large backyard that is fenced, brand new security system with motion detectors, hardwood floors, new central ac/heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer on site. $550 includes rent & all utilities. within two mile radius is over 100 bars and restaurants, 4 grocery stores including trader joes $3 wine anyone? new movie theatre and ward parkway mall. also two parks with jogging tracks within 2 miles (one is about 4 blocks away!)
me, i am really chill-the less drama the better! really laid back, i am into wine and reading, try and recycle everything i can, have an organic garden (that you can share in :) i am gone alot for backpacking, river rafting, camping, and mountain biking trips (which you are more than welcome to go on with us!)
