i have a 2 bedroom 2 bath beautiful apartment in historic quality hill kc mo. i am looking for a room mate to share the expenses with. the total, and this includes utilities and all apartment amenities is $550 a month. washer and dryer is in the unit, and there is private parking, swimming pool and a great club house. easy access, including walking, to downtown kc, power and light, city market, and close to mid town and the plaza with great interstate access . terrific deal for any student, younger or older professional . i am a middle age professional who is not looking for any drama, but a reliable, clean, considerate renter. it is very difficult to get into quality hill, and this is an excellent deal. i am also bilingual--fluent in spanish. all candidates will need to pay for a background check required by quality hill ($50) , provide multiple references and pay a one time key swipe card fee of $45.
