hello! my name is blake, and i have a room available at my two-bedroom, one-bathroom house in kannapolis. the bedrooms are average-sized, the house is about 1200 sq/ft, and after remodeling the home i built a deck. also the house has hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, and a basement.rent includes a private room that connects directly to the bath, has 2 windows for lots of light, and a closet.�also included in the rent:�utilities (electric/water/gas), internet, lawn care, fire pit and washer/dryer. you are welcome to use my home gym (treadmill, weights, ab machine), which will be in the enclosed section of the porch. the house is walking distance to several restaurants, a movie theater, a park, and a ymca.
as for me, i'm a 24yr professional who commutes to charlotte for work on weekdays and travels often during the summer. when i'm home, i'm mostly reading, cooking/eating or watching tv. i rarely have people over, with the exception of when i'm dating someone.�i work hard to keep the place in good condition and pick up after myself, so the expectation is that you would do the same.
some other things:
- single occupancy only.
- no smoking, no indoor pets.
- okay with a male or female roommate.
- asking for 12-month lease with 1-month deposit but will consider other arrangements.
