this townhouse has very quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks away from plaza and 47th st., 10 minutes walking distance to umkc campus.

you will have a very friendly male roommate, who is 23 years old, quiet, athletic (runner), personable and just graduated from college. you will split water, heat and electricity with him.
