hey my name is charles and i have a house on johns island: 3 bedroom recently remodeled home: 2 rooms and one private bath available for one renter. there are 2 living rooms, a screened in porch, pool and a fenced in yard. rent is $600 + � of utilities. i have a dog and am open to a roommate with a dog as well.i am 35 years old. my schedule is somewhat sporadic and i am away for a good portion of the weekends. i am looking for a responsible adult, reliable and considerate of the common spaces. the house is not fully furnished, so if you have any furniture you would like to add to the mix, that is great too.
