we have a very large furnished bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment at journal square with tons of amenities. the apartment is 1000 sq feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. you will get your own bedroom and bathroom. we would only need to share the living room and kitchen.the building is walking distance from the journal square path train (8 min). you would get access to the gym, pool and have a 24/7 doorman. all utilities are included (cable, internet, electricity) and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
the apartment has been recently refinished and has modern finishes and furniture throughout with a nice, open floorplan and laminate/tiled floors.
we would be interested in a 6 month or a year lease. 1 month security would be required.
about us- we are a couple in our early 30s, laid back, neat and very easy to get along with. we work long hours in manhattan so we're not home much and when we are home we're busy with projects so we keep to ourselves. i work in the financial industry and love real esate investing and movies. my fiance works in marketing for the pharmaceutical industry and is very interested in music.
parking could be rented in the building for an additional fee, if required and usually runs about $100 to $125 a month.
