i am a professional seeking a compatible mature trustworthy and responsible roommate. the residence is located on the campus of nj city university. i am renting a room that is furnished with twin bed, desk, dresser and closet. the bedroom is 11' x 14' for $850 with one month's security. the term is 6 months to 12 months. wood floors throughout the house. house has a kitchen 1.5 bathrooms and laundry room and driveway which has room for one extra car. lots of parking on the street otherwise. residence is close to bus lines and lite rail (both 7 minute walk), which takes you to the exchange place path train station (15 min. ride) or pavonia/newport station. from exchange place path to wtc (5 min.) or path to 33rd street (15-20 min.). easy access to nj turnpike (approx. 7 min). great safe residential location for nj intra-state commuters. i am looking for a clean, responsible, respectful, trustworthy and mature individual with good background, down-to-earth, no drama. absolutely no drugs, no criminal history and of sound character. please provide references (last paid bills, rent, etc.) and past landlord references. seeking someone who would make a great roommate and friend. located near major bus and train lines to downtown jersey city, nyc or hoboken. i am a professional graphic designer working for a wall street firm and consider myself pretty laid-back (not lazy), active-in-life guy.
