description: young professional couple looking to rent out the spare bedroom in their newly renovated 2-bedroom/1-bath loft-style condo. the bedroom is 10'x12' with a large window, closet and overhead storage. apartment has (1) shared bathroom, central heating/air-conditioning, full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave (all cooking and dining items are also available for your use unless you have your own). there are plenty of kitchen cabinets so personal kitchen storage is also available. there is a washer/dryer on each floor of the building. the building also has a common roof deck that will have grilles and patio furniture. no parking spot is available. asking flat rent of $900/month to include cable, internet and all other utilities. there is no fee but we would like 1.5 month's worth of security deposit. move in can be arranged as soon as august. rent can be pro-rated as needed.
