i own my own home in jefferson, wisconsin. 30s female with dog, no children. i potentially have a room to rent in the upstairs. no pets, no smoking, no drugs. would prefer a female but could consider other options. street parking. fairly quiet neighborhood. very little storage, outside of bedroom area. nice closet. there is a bed and tv/vcr in my spare room but it could be moved if you prefer your own. the largest size bed that will fit up the stairs is a double. stairs are a bit steep. have wifi, cable and laundry. home was a complete remodel; some items are yet a work in progress. added the upstairs bath, which is 80% complete; hope to have finished within a month. bedroom also has a few small items yet remaining to be finished (trim, closet doors, etc.) but those items could be pushed to the top of the list for the right person. if of interest, please email jeffersonroomforrent at live dot com.
