hi i am a 21 yr old female looking for a nice roommate possibly a single mom, or dad who needs a nice place to live with inexpensive rent and utilities, 450 per month includes rent and utilities. i need someone who doesn’t party all the time... i have a 2 yr old daughter that i have every other week at those times it needs to be semi quite after 9pm. i have a 2200 sq ft house with large bedrooms with walk-in closets. you can pretty much do whatever you want to the room paint wise as long as it stays clean. i need someone who is responsible... i have a washer and dryer, large kitchen 2 available rooms and 2 bath rooms. it’s a two story home, with a basement for storage. all new and clean.
the house is fully furnished the only thing you need to worry about would be your own room. it is in a great safe neighborhood. i've lived there for three years and never had any problems. if you are interested in seeing it please get back with me. thanks!
