this is not a hostel, hotel, motel, b&b, private apartment/vacation rental, etc. we are regular folks offering the two spare rooms in our humble home as an inexpensive hotel alternative or short-term housing option. our abode is located in a family oriented, well-kept, quiet and safe area in jamaica-queens. there are plenty of restaurants, shops, parks, convenience stores, atms, groceries, laundromats and public transportation within walking distance.

all guests get their own keys and can come and go as they please. the very friendly and accommodating host resides in the home and always makes sure it's clean, well maintained and comfortable.
