looking for trustworthy, laid back roommate that's okay with dogs. we have three living at the house. we have a husky, a german shepard, and a schnorkie. there are currently two females living here. we are willing to have another dog but there will be a no refundable deposit fee. my boyfriend lives here and my roommates man is over just about every day. we are about 25 minutes from camp lejeune and about 30 minutes from mcas new river. we have a large fenced in backyard with a fire pit. we have a long driveway with plenty of room to park in the grass along the sides of it. we have an attic for storage along with a shed in the back yard. the room in the pictures is the one we're renting out. it does not include anything in the pictures. it is $500 upfront. the $500 includes your first months rent. the $250 a month does not include utilities. with utilities it's usually only $300-$350. if you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to come view the house, please email me or give me a call.
