the apartment:there is in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, central ac, dishwasher, cable/internet, etc. plenty of parking. apartment complex also has a gym, pool, and package receiving. utilities (water, sewage, cable/internet, and trash) are included. the prospective roommate would be responsible for paying his or portion of the rent, which is $550 per month. the roommate would have his or her own private bedroom and bathroom (located across from bedroom).

the apartment complex is eden's edge. it is located off of 295 and is located on wilson blvd. it is approx. 15 minutes from downtown jacksonville.
