the district on kernan is a luxury student-friendly off-campus apartment complex. the complex is located minutes from downtown jacksonville, numerous restaurants, shopping, and beaches while being only 3 minutes from the university of north florida (unf) and 5 minutes from florida state college at jacksonville (fscj). the room is a private room with a private bathroom. there is a community kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer. within the complex there are several amenities that you'll want to take advantage of. those include: numerous open and private study lounges, with high-speed internet, imac computers, and complimentary printing. there is also a 24/7 fitness center, including free weights, power squat rack, and crossfit and private basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and two resort-style swimming pools. the rent is $570 but there is a onetime sublet fee of $450(we can discuss further). if you are interested or have any questions feel free to contact me!
