looking for someone clean, and responsible who will help out around the house, someone professional, and takes care of things.
the house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood in jacksonville beach. we have a hot tub, and fire pit in the backyard, so its a nice place to relax. the house is completely furnished, you would only need stuff for your room.
roommate is a young professional in his early 30's. i do have a dog, so i am looking for someone with no pets.
