i'm renting my guest room for $650 utilities included. the house has 2 bedrooms, is semi-secluded, quiet and clean. the ideal roommate would be a professional, hardworking individual with a career or full time job that needs a comfortable environment to live in. clean and respectful a must! no visitors or overnight guests. students are also welcome.
the room is 8 x 10 ft with a full size bed and some furnishings if needed. high speed wifi is available as is cable and telephone. no washer and dryer but there is one down the road. home is near the jackson outlets. close to fort dix, jackson, freehold, new egypt, and twin rivers.
