this is a newly renovated house with new everything. the house is 95 percent done with new carpet and tile floors and bathroom floors. the house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath home in north joplin off of 4th street near everything including campus. i can offer the following.1 - 95 percent of the house will be yours as i am on a long recuperation from an accident and stay in bed 99 percent of the time healing up.
2 - i offer 1/2 a refriderator and freezer for your own food.
3 - 1 have high speed wireless internet available.
4 - i allow smoking in the house as long as your responsible for damages.
5 - safe neighborhood, in fact im the only house on the street.
6 - i don't have cable tv but will get it if you are willing to pay half.
7 - i am building a weightroom with a treadmill in the 3rd bedroom.
8 - washer and dryer available on premisis.
9 - storage shed available.
10 - i have a housekeeper that comes twice a month.
11 - i have a lawn service.
a renters contract will be used if you move in.
