5i am looking a professional to share the 2 bed 2.25 bath town home in western issaquah (border to bellevue and sammamish lake). the home has lots of light/large windows, is the top 2 floors of a 3-story building, and is pretty large (1200 sq ft). the bedroom is medium sized and has its own full bathroom right next to it.

the location is extremely quiet surrounded by woods. conveniently situated off of the i-90 with easy access to 405; close to transit station for commuting into bellevue, redmond, or downtown seattle.

i am a male software professional looking for someone who is financially stable, responsible, clean, quiet and respectful.

the rent will be $980/mo, and you will be responsible for half the utilities cost(electricity/internet only). background screening, security deposit required. no smoking, drugs or pets, please.
