looking for a housemate! move-in april 15th. the beautiful 2bed/2bath townhouse is centrally located in the heart of irvine, cross streets alberti aisle & costero aisle, close to shopping centers and major freeways(405 & 5). there is an in-unit washer/dryer and the community has a pool/spa and plenty of guest parking.the room for rent is the larger master bedroom. it has a private bathroom, two closets(spacious walk-in & mirrored wardrobe), and dual sinks. you will also have your own single-car detached parking garage. the security deposit is $1100 & rent is $1100/mo + utilities.
i am a young female, working full-time for an electronics company, and am a compsci student as well. i like to swing dance and do argentine tango, so i tend to go out dancing a lot and will often come home late at night. i do minimal cooking and am good at cleaning up after myself. sometimes i like to have guests over, but it does't happen often.
looking for a like-minded person to live with. someone willing to split utilities and who will have no problem paying their rent on time. i prefer to live with someone who is not too loud at home and who also either works full-time outside of the house or is a full-time student. guests are okay as long as they do not overstay their welcome. no parties/no smoking/no pets please.
