hi! i am a 29 yr old female looking for a roommate in the broad ripple area (evanston and broad ripple area). i am a mental health therapist at an alternative school on the sw side of indy and recently divorced. i have 2 extra bedrooms - one is already taken - which leaves one left. i'm a very neat, clean, quiet, friendly and drug free person and i expect my roommate to be as well. i am also a non-smoker. the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. i do have a very friendly black lab. rent is $550/mth (includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, all utilities, etc.). i am asking for a $300 deposit, proof of employment (see last 2 pay stubs) and both parties to sign some form of lease/agreement. i will also do a background check. i can furnish the bedroom which would be an extra $25/month (bed, dresser, night stands, lights - the rest of the house is furnished). you would split a bathroom with the other roommate (29 yr old male, hotel manager) who is also very quiet, clean and friendly. i do have storage space in the basement. you would have to park in the driveway or street as i only have a 1 car garage.
