i am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease at the tyler apartments. the lease ends on july 31st, 2017 (if you wish to continue, you can resign for another year).it is a 2 bedroom apartment. my roommate is a 24 yr old male with full time job and is a part-time student. he is also looking for a sub-letter.
the apartment is furnished and the bedroom has a private bathroom (standing shower only, no bath). other amenities include:
- washer/dryer in-unit
- dishwasher
- microwave
- stove/oven
- small patio/balcony
only utilities you would be responsible for is electric. cable and internet is included with the $765 rent and is managed by the apartment complex (i.e. you do not need to create an account with an isp).
other apartment amenities and notes:
- fitness center (not the greatest but gets the job done)
- pool
- car and bike rental
- parking (for a fee you can park in one of their lots [costs vary from $15 to $75 depending on choice])
- street parking is not bad if you do not have a pass
- close to downtown and iupui
- iupui shuttle and indygo bus goes right by apartment
note: this apartment complex is filled with mostly college students, but that hasn't been too much of a problem. i sleep well at night, even on the weekends if that says anything.
this is a great apartment for a college student attending iupui, uindy, or ivy tech. also, good for a young professional who works in or close to downtown indy.
