i am looking for a friendly, honest, clean, reliable and employed roommate who is interested in splitting living expenses. i own a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the nw side of indy. you would have your own bedroom and bathroom, located on the opposite side of the condo. my condo has a washer and dryer, central a/c and heat, fans in each room, walk-in closets, extra storage space, plenty of parking and a porch with a grill. the community has tennis courts, basketball courts, a small workout facility, a pool and a clubhouse. i am close to eagle creek park, both 465 and 65, grocery stores, bam, pet smart, kerasotes movie theater, numerous restaurants, multiple gyms, target, costco, sam's club, wal-mart, kohl's and much more. it is a quiet, very safe and friendly neighborhood. my place is mostly furnished - you would need to bring your own things for your bedroom.i am a 33 year old christian female who is friendly, considerate, clean, independent, reliable, honest and easy to get along with. i don't smoke or do drugs and i don't want a roommate who is into drugs - smoking outside is ok. i am employed full-time and work close to home. i have a 3 year old puggle named duncan who is very well-behaved, super friendly, loves people and loves to play. he never gets into anything and you would never be held responsible for anything that has to do with him, but you must like dogs.
availability date: 2/1/2010 (sooner if needed)
rent: $450.00 per month + 1/2 the utilities (ipl, water, cable)
i do require a lease to be signed and a deposit to be paid. lease term can be month to month or for a longer committed period of time.
gender preference: female or male; just want a mature, responsible adult in between the ages of 27 and 40 who is looking to share the cost of living expenses
