great home east of broadripple!i'm purchasing a home and will have two rooms available for housemates. looking for someone responsible, friendly, and tidy, who will not be loudly partying at all hours of the night and trashing the place.
the rent would be $450 per month, plus 1/3 of the cost of utilities.
you would have your own bedroom and full use of the rest of the house (living room, kitchen, dining room, backyard, etc). there's a full basement with plenty of storage and a washer and dryer. the yard is fenced so pets are an option if they are well behaved. appliances are new. the house is quite nice and in very good condition - you will be happy with it.
the house is near the glendale mall. it is a few minutes from the heart of broadripple and about 10 minutes from butler. you also have fast access to the keystone crossing and the northeastern part of the city.
about me: male, straight, 24. i work for a software company and enjoy hanging out, reading, and music.
i've had some bad experiences with roommates not carrying their share of the bill, so i'll want some proof of sufficient income as well as references.
i'll be moving in the 5th of april and the sooner you can move in as well, the better.
