two girls living in a three bedroom townhouse. the town house is two stories with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a half bath, the living room, kitchen, and dining downstairs. townhouse has a back patio with small storage off of it, fire place, washer and dryer, and pantry. the complex has a swimming pool and a workout room. the rent is around $425 a month which includes rent, water and sewer, cable and internet with comcast, and electric. this is around what the number should be but could be less or slightly more. we have yet to pay this much but would rather average high than low.

the bedroom you would be renting can hold a queen size bed and a dresser and maybe a little more. it has a walk in closet and a large window. you would be sharing the bathroom and hall closet with another clean girl who is college educated and 24 years old. the other roommate is also college educated and 28 years old. please let us know if you're interested. the apartment complex as well as us requires a credit and background check. thanks :)
