i am looking for a mature, laid back, responsible roommate. i prefer a female or gay male (minus the drama). i have a 3 bedrm house around 49th & shadeland that i would like 2 rent out a bedrm. there is a bath & a half. i am a very clean person and keep a clean house. it has all the amenities of any home including wireless high speed internet & cable. the room can be nicely furnished if needed. there is parking off the street and home has alarm system. i do have 2 cats in the home.

$450 per month which includes everything except food & toiletries. most of my adult life i have had a roommate and i have top roommate etiquette & i'm looking for someone else who does.
