large room with large private bathroom for available rent for $986 per month plus utilities at the mosaic at metro. amenities include a gym, media room, laundry in unit, business center and pool on the premises. parking is available for $50 per month. there is a $25 application fee and $200 change fee (my roommate will pay the change fee).2 minute walk to the pg metro (green/yellow line).
5-7 minute walk to: safeway, giant, safeway, target, ross, macy's, several restaurants, a mall, and a movie theater.
for the most part, we will share common spaces such as the living room, kitchen and laundry areas.
