hi everyone,fully furnished (you can bring your own furniture) bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment available asap.. you have to share bathroom with one roommate, apartment is shared with a two professional males.
this is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (1 master, 2 regular rooms) apartment in the heart of huntington harbor (huntington beach). its less than 3 mins away from the beach, close to warner and pch.
property:
-1 room is available october 1st, 2016
-we have 24-hour private security on the property (super safe area)
-we have a private workout room (gym)
-we have a club house that could be reserved for private party's
-we have a pool and jacuzzi
-clean and quite area
-kitchen, living room, dining room are all furnished!
-3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, parking available &huge patio
apartment rules :
-i am okay if you bring people over but do not let it become a problem for the other roommates.
-be considerate and respectful
-wash you dishes as soon as you eat
-you can have people over for the night every once in a while not everyday...
my ideal roommate:
- male or female, gender does not matter
- i prefer a someone who is a professional but if you are a responsible student, then i might be able to work with that.
- not looking for a party animal.
