- my name is jen, 31... work 8-5 job and have lived here for 10+ years, my 13 year old son occupies the 3rd bedroom. we share the guest bathroom. since i use two of the rooms, it only seems fair to rent out the master.
- can be furnished and/or buy current bedroom set for cheap
(this is offered because we realize sometimes you dont always have furniture to move in with)
- super spacious living room, full access to kitchen w/dishwasher
- tons of storage, washer and dryer hook up if needed and garage
- your own parking in driveway
- wireless internet and directtv included
- i will respect your space, things, food, etc... this is a drama free, clean environment and i want you to feel comfortable!
- no long term contract but 30 day notice required.
